 Hind’s Initiative "HOME (Hind’s Obligation towards Man and Environment)" is committed to ensure a healthy and green environment wherever and whenever possible by practices like recycling, infusion etc. and by remodeling the processes continuously in order to reduce waste thereby creating a green working atmosphere and an efficient work culture by working on a principle of “Health and Safety First”.

  We believe a clean and green environment is vital for healthy human existence. At Hind we value human life and environment and to achieve this the company has launched an initiative "HOME" i.e. Hind’s Obligation towards Man and Environment under which we are committed to the following:

 Provide a clean and healthy working environment.

 Use all the necessary means to ensure safety of employees and labour working in the plant premises.

 We have taken a pledge to plant 100 trees per year. The plant has developed and maintained a green belt in and around the plant to ensure a green and healthy working atmosphere.

 We work on 0 discharge i.e. the plant doesn’t discharge any solid, liquid or gaseous waste outside the plant.

 We provide employees with every safety gear required to perform their daily tasks including masks,belts, oxygen cylinder kit etc.

 The plant has a reverse osmosis unit to provide healthy and safe drinking water for workers.

 We have reduced our electrical consumption by more than 8%, since 2013 through increased operational efficiency.
